  • Amount Booking fee/deposit including:

  • receiving confirmation to act as your celebrant

  • initial advice regarding legalities

  • lodgement of the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM link to pdf form here)

  • discussion of wedding plans

  • access to sample ceremonies, vows, readings, rituals and  other information to assist in the creation of a unique ceremony

  • Happily Ever Before and After brochure

  • Keys to living together – Taking the first step DVD 

  • relationship education information

                                                        

Payable on signing of Confirmation of Booking form

$250.00

 

Crafting and conduct of ceremony including:

  • communication with Celebrant as often as required prior to ceremony

  • drafting ceremony

  • preparation and completion of Declarations by each Party

  • preparation of three Certificates of Marriage:

  • Presentation certificate 

  • Official certificate  sent  to the Registrar of Births, Death and Marriages (Perth)

  • Marriage Register retained by celebrant

  • rehearsal at home of celebrant or at the ceremony venue if requested

  • attending location to solemnise marriage

  • attend on execution of documents

  • use of portable PA system/music system if required

  • presentation copy of the ceremony

  • travelling expenses for return journey for a distance of up to 30 km

  • completion and posting official documentation to the Registrar of Births, Death and Marriages, (Perth) to register the marriage

  • compliance in every respect with the Celebrant’s Code of Practice and legislation

  • provision of signing table at the ceremony if required
